How does daycare work?

plus sign

With our Daycare 2.0 model, your dog will enjoy a more personalized and engaging experience. During their evaluation day, we assess how they interact with our staff, during downtime, and with other dogs. Based on this, they are placed into smaller, more personalized playgroups suited to their temperament and play style. Each group gets an hour of play followed by an hour-and-a-half of rest to prevent overstimulation and ensure your dog's well-being. This cycle repeats throughout the day from 7 AM to 9 PM, with daycare hours running from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Why does my dog need an evaluation day?

plus sign

We require all dogs to complete a half-day evaluation as part of our Daycare 2.0 program. This helps us ensure that your dog's time with us will be enjoyable and tailored to their needs. We love dogs and want to ensure they're placed in the best environment for their personality and energy levels.

How much is daycare?

plus sign

Daycare is $30 per day, but with our PawPass or Daycare 2.0 Memberships, you can reduce the daily cost.

How far in advance do I need to book my reservation?

plus sign

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to guarantee a spot. While we sometimes have same-day openings, booking early ensures your dog can participate in Daycare 2.0 without disappointment.

Which vaccinations do you require?

plus sign

We require DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordetella. If your dog's immunizations have expired, there is a 48-hour waiting period after the shot before they can return. All vaccines must be administered by a vet.

How many dogs are there in a group?

plus sign

In Daycare 2.0, group sizes vary, but we maintain a low staff-to-dog ratio to provide more personalized care. For big dogs, the ratio is 10:1, and for small dogs, it's 12:1, ensuring your dog gets plenty of attention and care during their play sessions.
